The World Is Our Classroom

Let’s explore it together so you don’t do it alone.

Homeschooling Was Never Meant To Be Done Alone

Modern homeschool families are often left piecing together enrichment opportunities, social experiences, and community support on their own. The Field Trip Society exists to make meaningful educational experiences more accessible, organized, and connected for families across New Jersey.

The Field Trip Society visited HealthBarn USA for a fantastic workshop in herbs, growing your own food, composting, and planting seeds.

More Than A Field Trip

The Field Trip Society helps homeschool families reduce overwhelm, eliminate isolation, and remove planning fatigue.

We offer structured, experiential, education-based field trips, classes, resources, support, and a consistent community.

We created this space to build authentic friendships for life and to support student’s social-emotional development.

The Field Trip Society visited Wheaton Arts and had a fantastic time exploring culture, community and local artistic expression. The glass museum was amazing!

Growing Together

“My experience with The Field Trip Society has been very positive.

What stands out most is that it feels like more than a field trip group. It's becoming a true community. I appreciate the variety of opportunities, the communication, and the way parent feedback is welcomed and valued.

As a homeschooling parent, it can sometimes be challenging to find connections, activities, and resources all in one place. TFTS is creating a space where families can learn, connect, share accomplishments, and build relationships.

I've also been impressed by how quickly ideas and feedback are considered and implemented. It shows a genuine commitment to serving families and continuously improving the experience.

I'm excited to see the community continue to grow.”
